    OT: What do I need to make Blu-Ray for sale?

    I have HDV (1280x720p) content that I want to offer for sale. Can I make my own copies and sell them legally or do I need to register and pay fees for the AACS stuff?

    The AACS licensing specifically applies to replicaed discs. Not duplicated ones. But, you can’t use the blu-ray logo without paying a license fee.
