i can not give you the complet awnser, but i can tell you how i would try.

one:
Epression
maybe with some “SambleImage”

two:
by using “card-dance” and the currend comp as a driver

as i am writing i think two is the better way!

where is your ancor-point? is it set right?
try to get rid of the car for now, use a NULL or a SOLID and if it works, parent the car.

did you “easy ease” the keyframes?
try NOT to do so.

Hey,

try the “ATOMOS – Ninja”(HDMI) or the “ATOMOS – Samurai” (SDI).
I have the Ninja and it works fine!
Only thing ist there is NO Pass-Trou of the HDMI signal.

sounds like your´e maschine can not handle the work.
it´s verry cpu-intes…
or maybe it´s the GrafiksCard, try to turn of OpenGL

hey,

i think its a problem of the codec.
how ever, try this to solve the problem:

use the AlphaMask of the key and aply it to the duplicated footage (on the dulicate you dont need a keyer!)

dublicate the clip
keep the clips at the same time // synced
remove the key from the lower copy
set the lower clip to get the alpha from the upper one
if it dosn´t work – precompose the upper one

well, all the basic stuff (if i get you right).
– Keyframes
– Import/Export
– Maybe “Adobe Dynamic Link” (depens on…but good to know)
– Masks
– Alpha-Channel (What, When, how?)
– Blend Modes

I think this is the Basic stuff you´l need to get some results for Television.
