I´m not sure if i understod you right (no nativ english speaker).
i think thats the way it is, premiere and AE are two different programs for diffrent tasks. the fact that it it posible to import a AE comp into PP ist already cool, of course it´s limited.how about rendering the Comp and import it to PP when the AE-work is done?

thanks Biran,
ich think i will give it a try, the render was

Hey thanks for your replys guys!!
After i postet my question and was ready to go to sleep, i got aware that i did not post the whole settings to you.
There is a animation that shows the funktion, and therefore i use Dynamic-Body (RidgetBody Tag) and the emitted objects need some sort of object to keep them from falling.
How ever, i will use the Boolean.
I will dublicate the model, make one copy 100% transparent (to keep the emitted objekts) and the visible objekt will get the boolean so i can cut it in half (visualy).
I know, this way the computer will need to render the model 2 times … but i think the way i will make it is somehow save for me, beouse i know how to do the thinks i described.
IF SOMEONE KNOWS A OTHER/BETTER WAY — Keep it comming!!!
Sometimes it helps to get a little push from outside!
Thanks guys! -

October 30, 2013 at 12:47 pm in reply to: After effects ram preview and rendering timesHey,
well, from distance i can not tell what to do, but maybe you want to take a look ath this:
https://benchmark.slashcam.de/
or direkt:
https://benchmark.slashcam.de/afxbench2-help.html
(German)
Try goolge-translate…Download the file, restart the computer (so it´s fresh from the start) and render it, then you have something to compare with other systems.
The things you tryed were the first things i would have told you to do.
(Multiprocessing and RAM)I hope this is somehow helpfull!

Hi Brenda,
after a quick look, this is what you need to learn/do:
Working with Greenscreen / Keying
Working with Lights (General, not only for GS and Key)
You need space, do have distance between the Camera and the Actor.
Picture in Picture technik
At te beginning, there are some 3D thingys… thats maybe Cinema 4D.
You need in depth knowlege about Camera work!!Thats it for the moment, maybe someone else can say something more…

Hey,
More RAM, a SSD, and CUDA.
My Mac is a 3,1 from 2008.
8 core
24 GB
SSD for the System
GTX 285 – CUDA (in Premiere Mercury-Engine)I render out a 10min clip from 1080 to 720 in about 6min…
PP hase some CUDA/Mercury supportet FX, so in most cases, even CC dosn´t slows it down!Hope this helps!

PP is able to work with VOB files!
– Copy the DVD to your HDD
– Import in to PP
– Take a VOB an drag´n´drop on the little “new sequenz”-ikon
(PP wil make a timeline that hase the correkt settings!!)
– Edit…Hope this hepls!
