I always shoot at 1920 x 1080/50p, so that it helps me for making slow mo footages too.

And then I simply export to mp4 and then burn to Blu-Ray using Encore.

So do you mean, I should keep my sequence settings to 25fps only ?

And lets say, I have 5 footages, all of 50fps and I just want to slow down 2 footages.

So, I simply do right click, speed to 50% and get the silky smooth slow motion?

So, those slow motion footages play at 25fps on a 50fps sequence and the normal footages play at 50fps ?

    Is that okay ?

Oh I did not know that.
So, for the current project, better I simply copy the whole timeline to a new 720p sequence and then render

Here is what I do :

We always shoot at 25fps 1080p IPB mode on the 5D Mark3.

We create timeline of same 25fps and finish the mp4 render with FUllHD or YouTube 1080p through Media Encoder.

Then I simply import the mp4 to ENCORE, select NTSC DVD DISC and burn it.

Thats does my DVD discs for clients, who dont have a Blu-Ray player.

I always shoot at 1280 50p IPB mode.

And I always pull them to the 1080p timeline and do SCALE TO FRAME.

    Never had a problem.

I normally shoot all at 1280 50p IPB mode, because I mostly use slow motion in the wedding videos.

So, I shoot at 720p but I scale them all to 1080p in Premiere Pro frame.

And the premiere pro timeline is always 25p.

And about the color correction, I use Magic Bullet Looks presets only and alter it a bit.

Yes I just contacted their support and they said the same.
They have asked me to install 2.0.8 now.

And they said, they have taken this feature request seriously, as many are requesting that.

Sorry, but lets say, for the whole video, I need to place one modified looks preset to 60% of the scattered footages and other 40% to another preset.

So, I have to open each 100s of footages in the timeline and place the looks one by one ???

I just bought the Wedding & Events Looks Package from Red Giant.

Let me see, if any of its 30 presets can get me a good result.
