  • Have you tried going into the finder sidebar preferences and re-checking the network icon?

    Second when was the last time you restarted your computer?

    Have you run disk utility?

    In system preferences what does it show for networking?

    Can you get on the web? Or no network functionality at all?

    Did you recently clear your caches out?

    Are you using Onyx?

    Go to your console and see if there is a panic log in the list of log files, if so then post back the log and it may be clear what your particular issue is.

    Why not use Adobe Bridge it will integrate with all of your Adobe applications and let you keep images with specific projects with versioning…

    Airport Extreme and Airport Express are the same technology it just depends on what you want to do with them ie Airport Express allows iTunes streaming to your stereo. The scenerio you suggest should be fine, although you’ll always have more problems with a wireless network then a wired due to interference.

    The one on maxon’s website should be just fine if you’re getting started, you do realize that you can do that type of thing with clothide, you can even do things as complex as car crashes, personally i would start there dynamics is a tough bundle to learn…
