Hi Julian06,
The best for you would be to create your text in IL on a single layer. Once normaly imported into Invigorator your text would be grouped. This way once you apply your movie as a texture it will fill the entire text as if it was one single object.

In my opinion, one cannot find creativity in books or tutorials. You may find an inspiration that could trigger a creative process to help you fulfill (Or envision) an assignment, but then you have to take it from there.
In other words, it is easier to be creative once you have an assignment. What is mostly lacking someone who is in a learning phase like in your case.
In addition, sometimes a tight deadline can even make you to a Michel Angelo. Guess what! It is not because you are a genius, but simply because you have no time to think or lament. Yes! Creativity is also an instinct. Trust me!
It is also very important to show your work and carefully listen to any critic.
Do you have anything you could show us?Just my 0.2 cents

Hi,
Well, looking at your still I thought that the camera must have screwed up with one field. So eliminating this field by deinterlacing would do the trick.

Why are you applying Lux to an adj layer? This could be your problem.
You can still send me your aep if you have problems. I also work with AE7. I just didn’t install Lux on it.

Hi,
Create a plane at the same aspect ratio then your movie. For example if your movie is, 720 X 480, create a plane that is 720 X 480.
Although you could drop a shadow from your whole cylinder, unfortunately you won’t be able to drop a shadow representing your letters only as the drop shadow function in Invigorator doesn’t recognize the alpha channel yet.

You could run the File>Run_Scipt>Render_and_e-mail scipt to send you an e-mail when the render is done if this is what you want.
