That was my assumption as well. It really isn’t much of an “upgrade” and has bug and annoyances.
I did upgrade, but need Pro Res and that is worth it for now. Too many big projects to learn a new NLE, but I will likely be moving on.Xavier (Scott) Francis

That did it!!! Thanks so much! I had to do that in the past, but not for SVP 13 for some reason and I had forgotten how to get them to communicate. SVP13 has been around SOOOO long it has been like 3-4 since I had to import them.

No problem here on Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.
I would GUESS that it maybe a 32bit issue. Your system screen under Control Panels should tell you…Xavier (Scott) Francis

It has been a process over about 5 years using a myriad of online stuff to developing my own controllers.
I also have a nephew (who is about to get his degree in robotics) whom I paid to write and test the code for the controllers.
It is hardwired (I don’t trust wireless in mission critical IMAG and live gigs). It runs on 4 wires and I use CAT6 cables and ethercon RJ45 connectors on both ends, but they accept regular RJ45 connections in case I have an issue.I have seen a few commercially available options (one recent as this week) but they start at like $900 a camera, which when I use up to 5 live, that is way too much to invest.

What is your overall impression?
Is it SVP13 just with a few new things, or is it overall a better program?
GPU preview acceleration is paramount to me, as is stability and so forth.
Do any all of your third party FX work well? Did Magix add any new FX?Thanks for your input!

They are based on the Bescor MP1 PT head. Used Aruduinos with USB shields on one end and gutted the PT head and installed an Aruduino with a motor shield. Analog sticks control pressure sensitive pan and tilt as well as zoom (left is pan/tilt, right stick is zoom, and when depressed auto focus on and off). Other buttons control on-screen display, Focus in and out and record as well as the PT being controlled either first person or flight similator mode (up and down reversed).
Basic camera controls above are good on most Sony and Canon cameras with a LANC remote port.Xavier (Scott) Francis

I had several versions (like SVP 12&13) on several, mean 12 on2 13 on2. But I could SWEAR I had it on 3 at one time….Guess I was lucky!!
