I cant install Vegas 14 on Windows 7
When i try to instal trial, it wil alwase say: This software requires that minimum of one of the folowing operating systems be instaled: Windows 7, Windows 8.
BUT I HAVE win7!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? >:( -

It installed fine on my Windows 7 Professional. Try running the installer as Administrator. I did not have to do that, but then the account I installed it with is already an administrator of the system.

Are you trying to install on a 32-bit version of Windows 7?

No problem here on Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.
I would GUESS that it maybe a 32bit issue. Your system screen under Control Panels should tell you…Xavier (Scott) Francis
