My version 7 works in 64 bit…I had to have it look for the waveshell under my VST plugins folder (in my Cubase folder under program files x86) and they work! I have one issue with r-channel in Vegas but they work otherwise…..good luck!

Izotope is awesome but takes a TON of time to process (but sound quality is through the roof!!) Waves X-Noise does a great job as well…but can be a little pricey…

Thanks Dave, love the “crapifiying” line!!! This supports what I thought and gives me formats to try….as does John’s reply…I tried just working with avchd and hdv as a test and it does loose some preview quality so I am looking to convert to a better format…

    Many Regards,

Uncompressed HD for a 30sec TV spot is about 8GB….

I had similar issues in MOV….try different “audio formats” under the audio tab in customizing the way you render. This helped me in the past..

  • YES!!! Neatvideo takes a ton of time to process, I use to have about the same system as you and there were a few 36hr renders when I used those types of effects especially Neatvideo….

  • My guess would be that the noise is there, but the camera’s screen being smaller and designed to “look good” does not show the full amount of noise as you see in Vegas when it is brought up to “full resolution”…Another thought, are you able to view is “Best” or is your preview another setting? If you are viewing anything other than Best Full, you are not getting true resolution….just my two cents anyway….
