Latest version of SVP13
They are 4:3 SD VHS transfers to MP4
The client is all Mac and I have no clue about any of there specs.I used the 4:3 template in the Main concept for this specific set of renders.
He has also had issues with using the Apple settings, and I know that they use 30p and 24p on some of there templates.
I don’t use iTunes for numerous reasons, however I do use Quicktime and Quicktime Pro on all my PC’s and the videos play fine on thatHope that helps

Yes, I am seeing that now. You know, not everyone is up on scripting and making it so one program works with another in this manner. I see what you are saying now, but that doesn’t mean that it is always clear at first.
Appreciate the input.

Because one doesn’t do the editing in Handbrake that you do in Vegas guys!!
Not every video is straight from raw footage to MP4 finished edit.
Surprised you guys didn’t realize that!
These were VHS transfers with color correction, noise reduction and pan/crop adjustments.
I will look into the scripting provided.
Thanks guys!

Sony doesn’t have some of the adjustments that Mainconcept does like 2 pass that I use and such.
Also the WHY does it not work is kinda what I am looking for. Thanks!

I know it’s a different and likely more time consuming way, but I lay out my camera tracks individually and use the composite level to do fades.
In what I do, this gives me the best overall results.
Been doing this since Vegas 4!!

What format do you need, anything specific?Handbrake is free and does a good job. It is also cross platform.
Just Google it..Good Luck

I use these converters as well and have had good results. MUCH faster than Vegas too!

Little bit harsh for a simple question…..
People come here for info in a safe environment with the idea of “no dumb questions” and some ARE amateurs…Just something to think about…
