Sorry Matte will try to explain myself better.
I am using a graphic as a transition between pictures.
Magenta is the colour of the background (outgoing video). The transitions begins revealing green (incoming video).
Therfore I have to chroma key twice to get the effect to work.
Do I have to nest the video after the first key and do a second pass?

Have you checked the field dom setting in sequence settings?

Found the problem. Field order of sequence was set to lower rather than upper.
