select the layer in the timeline, then select the new picture in the project and hold down ALT while dragging it onto the layer to replace it.

place the “in” point to somewhere in the middle in your source monitor, and overwrite that edit, and then try it.

never got that message. are you right clicking on the new freeze frame motion effect clip and then choosing export?

load your footage into the source monitor and plop on the frame you want to export and i believe you go to clip freeze frame and set a duration, after that, select the freeze frame and “export” out as a “graphic” and you can then choose the format. in your case select photoshop. that is it.

have tried checking the apply title matte button.
we use bcc 3 or 4 at work and use the light effects on psd’s all the time. -
do you have enough handle?

apply 3d warp and scroll down to foreground and adjust away.

just pop “3D pip” effect and take it from there. it scales the image down 50% by default, so just keyframe how you want.
