    Is their anyway to change the opacity of a layer? What I am trying to do is take my video and on V1 color correct it then on V2 boost the highlights and make the layer at 50%. I hope this is clear.

    apply 3d warp and scroll down to foreground and adjust away.

    You can also apply the “composite” effect to your V2 layer. It allows you to adjust opacity, as well as crop and edge blend,
