A clean OSX is always great to eliminate trouble.
I just did it and I am a happy Mountain Lion user.
Just get the image to a stick, timemachine your user and then wipe the disk.
Slap on ML, get all your goodies and let Resolve install its drivers and stuff.
I am also avoiding the database for now as it has proven to be much easier to backup single projects.
If you miss anything from your user, just fetch it manually from the time machine backup.

You would be a Millionaire if you could find a solution for that.
Basically you need to think of yourself as a chef in a fine restaurant.
If you serve the best steak to a vegan, they will not appreciate it.
There is nothing that works all the time everywhere.
You need to talk to your client and find a common ground where to judge things.
It will never look as good as it looks on your hopefully calibrated screen.
But that should not be your problem.
I suggest you find a way how to talk to your editing application if you really need to finish there.
Aside from Smoke, most of them come short when its delivery time.A slice of color…

Check your Decklink setting in the system prefs.

Ok, wait…
The buttons and functions like Contrast , pivots and stuff are not mapped.
But if you switch from 3-way to Log, the balls control the Shadow,Mids,Highlights.
I agree we need a dedicated LOG page with all the other stuff available
Especially when there is crucial functions like Contrast on it which lacks from the original Resolve toolset.A slice of color…
