Before I turn to AE i rather do it in Scratch where I can get a 100 times bigger blur.
Scratch had the same problem 3 years ago and they said its an OpenGl thing back then.
The hardware algorithm only allow for that much blur, if we want more, it has to be done by the CPU aka not RT anymore.
But still, I need more and bigger blurs.

Reading the manual would ease your mind 🙂
Just colortrace it all in from the other timeline.
If you have the same shots with no changes its a two click operation.

Yep , I totally agree.
Setting a marker while playing is crucial during a client session in the dark.
Someone says out loud ” too much grain ” and I just press CTRL 1 for example..
I had my marker set to that phrase before, so I know afterwards where I need to work a little more.
Like the version can be named in advance, markers should have that too.
And its also important they dont go to clips, but to the timeline.A slice of color…
