Actually both, I wondered simply if there’s the same kind of plug in than for the Sony EX1, so you can just preview, set in &out points and off you go…converting the files into ProRes for FCP.
It’s mainly the work flow I was worried about – cause it will be certainly more than 1000 Takes.Sascha

The Funny thinig is that I did learn editing on Adobe Premiere – I remember it was the first version 🙂 looong time ago.
But by now i am a True Blood FCP user – I do use AE quiet a lot, but just for CC and FX work.

Sounds great, and I might switch to CS5 in the near future, but my editing software still is FCP.
And there I have no clue how to Log&Transfer the – yes you are right – 7D Canon Footage.Sascha

No, it’s the Canon D7 with a special adapter and film lenses connected to it.
I will check the app you mentioned, but for now it will not help me – I am editing in FCP.Sascha

Where there? I did Detect Displays again then and for all other applications the system is realizing the change.
Just in AE it seems impossible to make it understand that the external Monitor is missing 🙁Sascha

Grow Bounds did not work. Had the opposite effect. Will try bigger adjustment layer.

Tried it, it’s a rather difficult, cause it is adding to existing value – it involvves quiet a bit trial and error. I remember, there’s just some information you can ad to the x and y axis to shift it a certain amount of pixels.
