Try Parenting the solved Camera to a 3D Null. Then animate the Null to create a pullback move.

Good question though and only folks working in engineering will know how things currently work – albeit, I doubt there is a way to select which pixel or combination of pixel parts is eventually used.

If you’ve checked Comp Settings for both the precomps and main comp and they are identical then something else is amiss – source CODEC and possibly Expressions and/or effects are creating the issue for you. Do a double-check on these and if all fails, you may want to post your AEP for others to have a look-see.

Do not use QT Player as a production tool. Use a professional tool to ascertain the correct meta data for your movies.
