Try to instances of Shatter and do a dissolve between the two.
IMploding (particles exploding away from ther camera) the particles so that the dissolve isn’t too obvious may be a good idea. A dose of Motion/Radial Blur may also add a nice touch.

But if you’d like to have a cursor, look for the Text Animation Presets Wordprocessor. You’ll find it within the Multi-line category.
