There’s a great plugin called Magic Bullet for just such things but it’s pricey.
You might try “color corrector” and pull everything to a blue you like and then go to the “secondary color corrector” and adjust the saturation, gamma, and gain until it gives you the look you like.

I didn’t want to take the chance on hooking up the Zenmuse gimble either but there are some very good tutorials online that show you exactly how. The zenmuse gimble was costing about $750 but recently the price went down to $350.

This is my second quad. The first one was built by a friend of mine several years ago but I never could fly it that well and the footage was always a bit shaky so I couldn’t get but a few seconds of footage here and there.
This new one has an incredible new type of camera mount/gimble on it called a Zenmuse gimble. It’s EXTREMELY fast and no matter how much the quad might tip etc, the camera stays rock solid. It’s incredible.

I purchased it from Atlanta Hobby. They were really good and answered any questions I had before and after I bought it.
The package I got came with a 7″ monitor so I can see in real time what the camera sees. The camera is a GoPro Black.

You know that Vegas can produce four types of captioning. The CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4. I know that PBS uses the CC1 but I’m wondering if one of these other types would work for your client as a substitute?
I’m curious, how are you getting captioning on to your program in Vegas. Do you use “Caption Assistant”?

OK… If you want to apply a transition between two events, you can hold down your shift key and drag the transition to where you want it to be. By holding the shift key you will NOT get the pop up box that lets you change the parameters. It will simply place the transition between the events as the default transition.

So, that’s similar to what I use to do when putting an event on the timeline without the audio track. It would just place the video event.

You can do several things.
1. If you use “preview auto” those names will be large. If you use “preview half” the names will become much smaller.
2. Before you create the multitrack, name the track. I name mine 1,2,3,4.
And then you don’t get so many letters in the way. I suppose you could name then with a period and then you’d only get a dot instead of letters up there.

OK… I right click an event from the explorer window and drop it on the timeline. There it asks me what I want to do such as video only across timeline, etc.
There is a way to hold down say for instance the shift key and then when the event is dropped on the timeline, just the video event appears and leaves off the audio. (except it’s not the shift key, it’s something else)without having to go through the dropdown boxes.
