I thought I mentioned at the bottom of post #2 that the bitrate was 8, in Properties? Or did you mean the bitrate somewhere else? My render settings are the default DVD Architect wide-screen MPEG2 settings. I made no changes to those default export settings. And to be clear, the Internet exports were in .wmv format. Playing both that file and the MPEG2 file, within Windows Media Player, yields no odd results on my computer. So I’m sure you’re right, it’s either my brand new Sony TV or my brand new Sony Blu-Ray player. Guess I’ll have to drag my computer upstairs to troubleshoot that. I’m going to re-render all my footage first, to make sure nothing is wonky there. Screenshot footage coming in a few minutes.

Ok Frederic, as promised here is some footage http://www.robjames.net/pixelation.wmv that shows the problem. Notice the guy running at the bottom of the screen, right to left. That happens with everyone who moves fast. The slight blurriness of the mid foreground people is not a problem, as it’s the result of filming my TV screen, same goes for the poor audio quality. My only concern is to remedy the pixelated people moving quickly in the foreground.
