File > Open and just select the movie… don’t import frames
If going to AE or Premiere… just save a PSD file (and keep movie in same folder)

I really don’t think that tep is needed. CMYK is smaller gamut then RGB. Converting a a wider one will result in no shift. You only ee shift going RGN to CMYK (hence the Out of Gamut preview on Vieww menu).

File > Close All
On Older Photoshops (Option/Alt) click No when asked to save changes
On Newer versions, check the Apply to All box in save dialog
