Not really…

But if they are truly exact….

you can but the one on top in layers and set it to difference mode to show what is different between two images

You can split the layer files apart using teh Script Export Layers as Files then reassemble

1. Select > Color Range
2. Feather Selection.
3. Inverse Selection
4. Add Hue/Saturation adjutment layer and Desaturate
