you can name file when you close it

The playhead is 1 frame wide (zoom in all the way and you’ll see this

if you press I and O without moving the playhead, you’ll have a :01 frame duration

There is no easy way

If you need to enlarge the photo drastically.. look at Smart Scale or Genuine Fractals

Work with a print bureau and tell them what you want to do

Make that layer a Smart Object.. then edit it and add adjustment layer inside the Smart Object…
