Final Cut Out Point Off-Set
When I try to set an out point in the sequence window, FCP places the out marker one frame ahead of my playhead. It doesn’t seem to have any issues with marking in-points. Why is creating this off-set? Does anybody know how to turn the darned thing off?

The playhead is 1 frame wide (zoom in all the way and you’ll see this
if you press I and O without moving the playhead, you’ll have a :01 frame duration
