Rust EFX
I’m trying to make a background that looks like a rusty metal sign (Think an old service station logo sign). Is there a way to make the rust texture and add some color and still keep some of the rust color?

Get photo of rust or load the texture actions in the actions palette submenu
Then use masks and blending modes
