create a new composition at 1920×1080…drop your image in there…how much bigger is your image than the comp is? you will need it to be bigger….,,You really only need to animate Position and scale..P and S…set all your keyframes and when you are done select all keyframes right click and choose easy ease

You really have 100 compositions each with 100 photos? thats 10,000 pictures…

have you tried closing after effects and then Opening the project directly from its save file? this sometimes helps

look at your audio waveform..add a bass and treble or another audio effect…with the goal being to see the drum beat more easily in the audio waveform…because manually is the best way

yeah…there is a risk the camera is not right….Mocha has a way to track planes for such an occasion..but it takes a tutorial to learn

Shots like this are harder to track due to their low angle and the large flat plane. Even in mocha these shots are hard to get right…but what if you only used the tracker to create a camera..then set up your graphics on a plane with shadows and then just winged it with your eyes
