    Hi John,
You’re absolutely right. I can’t get any better playback than “Preview Full.” I unchecked “Adjust Size and Quality for Optimal Playback” as you suggested and like you said, I received stutter during playback using the “Best” option. I really thought I could use the “Best Full” option due to the size of my workstation (below). Thanks John for clearing up my problem. I sincerely appreciate all your help. Ray

Yes, my Intel motherboard DX48BT2 supports Dolby surround sound w/ 7.1 capabilities. I’ll go ahead and use the Direct Sound Surround Mapper. As always, thank you for all your expertise and help, Ray

    Thanks Spot,
I haven’t purchased the cam yet, but will be this week. Thanks for letting me know that importing isn’t a problem. Your help is most appreciated. Ray

    Hi,
Thanks for all the help. I sure would like to come across someone that actually used the GoPro and uploaded it to Vegas. I’m still trying to decide if this camera is worth the trouble. If I do purchase this camera, I will try to piece it all together by following your recommendations. I truly appreciate all the help you folks have given. Ray.

    Hi,
Thanks for the reply! Yes, my computer is plenty big enough for the video. I have it set up as a video editing workstation. Hopefully Spot can shed a little light as well. Thanks again for your help, Ray

    Hi,
I’d like to add to my post above; If you know of a differant helmet cam that would work in Vegas please let me know. The link below shows another helmet cam other than the GoPro. Thanks in advance for all your help, Ray
