It hasn’t got layers, just one video track.
They may be getting a bit confused if the supers were put on with preread which enables you to add, but not takeway video.
Bottom line is you cannot unpick it

Interesting, for me, rotating in QTP loses the aspect ratio even with the preserve button ticked.

Don’t need to convert, it drops right into the timeline audio included, portrait though.
