You are going to have to take a flat on shot of the cover of the book and then move this in 3D with the anchor point set to an edge. A bit like hanging a door!

A really nice feature is being able to alter the interolation of the move so you can get the whoosh/slide to slow down like moving grahic on an iphone.

Also I make a disk image once I’ve installed everything, before I do anything else.
Then if you have a problem and need to do a wipe & reinstall, all you have to do is copy the disk image and not find all the DVD’s
Handy if you have more than one system to do.

i do quite a lot of animating of stills and use the FREE Noise Industries Pan & Zoom plugin all the time:-

When animating stills you will always suffer from Moire, but that even happens in real life!
