No, the problem is not solved. I stay with 8.6. Emailed Blackmagic support and got this reply:
If the problem is only present when you swap to the new driver version i suspect it could be an incompatibility either with your machine or there has been a revision in the decklink boards them selves.
If this is is the case i feel it would be best to uninstall the new driver and stay on the version that works ok.
