I think, just watching the cow audio forum over the past year or 2, that its apparent that a massive number of people end up with audio problems in their film making endevours. Which seems to prove or support 1 statement. They dont look at the cow until after its too late.
If people were across the cow generally, then they would be totally aware of more of the pitfalls in advance, and therefore fall into fewer of them.
Its the same problems time after time.

Im also amazed by the number of people who are not audio based, trained, knowlegable, etc who post stating that they are doing the audio mix for a fil, or a tv channell etc . – WWHHHAAATTTT!!!!

Im sure every csutomers requirements may be different, but if youre
1) talking about taking these recordings and using them as a broadacst product, then yes some but not all of the list will apply. Def not normalise if youre going to braodcast it. Youll have to submit to braodvasters at the right level and this is not normalised.
2) If youre recording and then handing them on toa customer, I d find out what they want as it will differ every time.

3) If youre suppplying to a studio to build into a commercial or programme, then NONe of your list.
I wouldnt thank you for doing anything to a recording (not even applying eq at the mic) unless it was chronically bad, and even then id expect this to be fixed before recording anything. Same goes for the artist drifting off mic! Do it again if its audible.
No eq, no compression , no normalizing. Just record well. Ill process as applicable in the final mixdown.

As no one has replied, Ill answer as best I can.

1) Ive never heard of our used any of the radio mics or mixer youre talking about, so can only talk in general terms.

The output from the mixer needs to be matched to the input of the transmitter (level wise) So if its pumping out on a line level output, youll need to ensure that the radio mic transmitter inputs can cope with this. If not (and Id suggest its unlikely) you need to pad down the input using a line to mic level pad, or decrease the mixer output to mic level (which it may be able to do.

In general terms, radio mic Tx’s and Rx’s work on mic levels. Once youve paired up the inputs, things should be plain sailing.

Those brands are not present here in the Uk to the best of my knowlege.

You cant presume that a peak value of anything will be the correct loudness value. Its a function affected by compression primarily.

You dont necesarily need a Dolby unit, but you do need a loudness meter. This measures not the peak value, but the listener perceived loudness after such processes like eq and compression. There are various ones on the market such as the dk audio, and tc electric pro tools plug in, and the dolby unit.
This is an age old arguement and problem but one that only in the last few months (in the uK) has resulted in any sort of a clear standard and set of rules.
As I dont know where you are, i cant comment on your platform but would advise looking around at loudness metering.
