You may have accidentally disabled Transmit. New in Premiere Pro CC you can Enable/Disable Transmit from the Program Monitor panel menu. You can also set a keyboard shortcut for this.

To verify Transmit is enabled go to the Program Monitor panel menu (top right of the Program Monitor) and mid way down the menu make sure ‘Enable Transmit’ is checked.

The GTX 680MX was not a supported card in CS6.

A few questions:

– Is playback choppy on your Program monitor or external monitor?

– Do you have the latest CUDA and AJA drivers for Premiere Pro CC?

– Is you media located on your external driver or internal?

– What type of Media are you editing?

Hmmm that is strange. Are you on the current CUDA driver(5.0.61)?

Hi Kim,

It appears the manuals you were referring to are from CS6. In Premiere Pro CC keyfames are not visible be default. To enable go to> Timeline Display Settings (wrench icon) ‘Show Video Keyframes’.

See picture for reference. You can also expand the track height by using your mouse wheel at the track head.

– Did you first uninstall the previous version of the Blackmagic drivers and then install 9.7.7 plus restart your system?

– Do you have CS6 on the same system? You can try copying and pasting the plugins from the CS6 folder to the 7.0 folder.

Sorry if I’m telling you things you already know.

Do you see Blackmagic under the Playback preferences? This is where you will select Blackmagic for Video and Audio out.Audio Hardware is where you would map your audio.

Hi Warren,

Make sure you first uninstall the previous version of the Blackmagic drivers and then install 9.7.7. Also make sure to restart your computer.

If CC still fails to see the plugins, verify that they are in the correct directory. They should be located here:
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0

Lastly, you can try holding down the Shift key on launch. This will rescan the plugins.

Let me know if this doesn’t resolve your issue.
