Hi Madhuri,

As Jeff requested, it would be great to see your export settings and provide as much detail about what’s going on in your sequence (media type, effects, etc…).

Thanks for passing along that log Cassian. Unfortunately, that particular crash log wasn’t very helpful. Can you try to reproduce the crash in the sequence and grab that log or you can send me multiple logs and we can look through them.

Hi Greg,

I think you may be able to achieve the same results by changing the sequence settings to custom editing mode and then changing the timebase to 29.97 and display format to 29.97 DF.

Hi Todd,

Have you tried going to Window > Reset Save Layout or clearing your preferences? While launching Premiere, hold the Alt key (Win) or Option key (Mac) when the splash screen appears.

Well, I didn’t think that would cause this issue. Nonetheless, I’ll pass along the details and see if we can repro in house. Thanks for letting us know your findings. Hopefully, it will help us or others who may encounter this issue.

Would it be possible to get one of those ProRes files? We seem to not be reading it correctly.
