    Hi Ben,

Can you share with us type of issues you’re seeing and the steps to repro? I’d like to see if we can reproduce the issue in house. Can you also share your system specs?

    Thanks,

  • Hey Brad,

Are you on the latest version of PPro? Can you try disabling the GPU and test the results?

  • Thanks for the details John. Sorry you hit this issue. We’re aware of it and working on getting a fix out for this specific issue relating to dynamic link.

A potential fix is extending the length of the AE comp a bit (~1-2s). That will often make the problem go away.

    Hope this gets you going.

  • Hi John,

Can you please provide some details about what your experiencing? What OS, system specs and steps you took that led to the issue. A screen recording showing the problem would be really helpful if you’re able.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi All,

There’s been a number of issues reported in this thread that may or may not be related. As many of you are aware, these issues appear at random which makes it extremely difficult for us to reproduce in house and fix. With that said, we’ve fixed a few audio glitches/pops/dropouts problems in our upcoming release which I’m hoping covers the reports brought up here.

Please give the new version a go once released and let us know if you continue to encounter this issue.

Sorry for the troubles and thank you for your patience.

  • Thanks for the sequence Dave. I do have a few additional questions I’d like to ask. Can you please email me so that we keep the chatter down here.

If we can resolve the issue I’ll post an update here.

  • Hi Dave,

Sorry you experiencing this issue. I haven’t heard of this being brought up for sometime. It would be great if you could share a sequence with me. I shouldn’t need any media.

Let me know if you willing to share that and we can arrange a way to get it to me.

    Thanks,

    Hi Brett,

If you haven’t done so already I recommend contacting the AJA support team https://www.aja.com/en/support

They should be able to get you up and running again with their hardware.

    Hope all goes well!

  • To be clear you can preform both functions the scroll bar offers with the mouse wheel.

In the video at 17 seconds I Expend/Minimize the track height by using the mouse wheel over the track header and then at 19 seconds (this is what you want) I scroll Up/Down through all the tracks by placing the cursor over the Timeline and using the mouse wheel.
