You can create a sub sequence or a nest of that single clip which will be treated just like a sequence which you can then send to Audition and easily replace on your timeline.

True. But he’s asking about Sub Sequences. They act just like Nests but he’s used them as clips in a final timeline. So while you can open them up from the Project Bin if you extend the audio the instance in the final timeline will then adjust and leave gaps as in your video will try to adjust to fill it.

You can make separate and complete AVCHD folder structures of just select shots using Transfer Clips to Destination from inside Prelude. So, you can have however many clips you want on a card and then create a separate AVCHD folder with whatever clips you choose.

Have you taken a look at them in Prelude?

Toggle through you Mercury Playback options and that should clear up.

Did you give it time to conform the audio?

First, I would embrace being nuts as it helps in our chosen profession and then I would re-output one the other big clips and see what you get.
