  • Is anyone having trouble with El Capitan and Premiere Pro CC?

I opened an old project on my Macbook Pro, (I usually edit at work), and all my sequences are showing pixeled red/yellow colored videos. The only thing that comes in mind is that I updated recently to el El Capitan and this is a glitch with the new OS. Any ideas?

Adobe said that you should not update to El Capitan if you use their products.

    [Diego Bolanos] “Any ideas?”

Yeah. Do not upgrade a Mac OS until developers have said that the programs you use work with it.

Toggle through you Mercury Playback options and that should clear up.

Seems to be related to Open CL. So just change your Video Playback Renderer to ‘Mercury Playback Engine Software Only’

However, the new update that went out today (OS X 10.11.1) fixed this issue for me. So try updating again.
