<p>I remmed her there were somethings that no other DAW could do,</p>
<p>yet really can&#8217;t remember.</p>
<p>Most DAWS do so many things. Even GarageBand has great capabilities. </p>
<p>Too bad they got rid of &#8220;Magic GarageBand&#8221; which could provide music.</p>

<p>Last year I did a project in DaVinci Resolve &#8211; a music performance, and the</p>
<p>client requested a separate clip for each song. It was VERY easy to output all those clips</p>
<p>using Resolve. And yes, it did take a long time to find the beginning and ending of each clip.</p>

<p>My guess is that one plugs them into the Ethernet port which is only 1 GB/s,</p>

<p>Do you have the Activity Monitor running so you can see the CPU usage and the memory pressure?</p>
<p>Do you have 2 clips &#8230; test &#8230; then add another clip and test?</p>
<p>There could be a time where it starts to take time.</p>
<p>Are these files all transcoded for Pro Res? Pro Res is supposed to be smoother in operation than other codecs.</p>

<p>And found out that I need to &#8220;Shading&#8221; and select Element 3.</p>
<p>It adds a drop shadow when the Title box is unrendered.</p>
<p>And then when it renders the Title box &#8230; the drop shadow disappears!</p>
<p>I have not seen if it fixes it in the output file yet.</p>
<p>Please advise:</p>
