Hey
The apple store wouldn’t take my nMP d700 because they couldn’t replicate the errors with their tests.
I found this workaround that has been working for a couple of months now.
The glitches happen when the cards overheat. So I installed iStat menus (other similar softwares are available) and crank the fan speed to max.
Found this workaround on DaVinci Resolve forums.

November 29, 2016 at 4:43 pm in reply to: Subframe accuracy from Premiere OMF/AAF to Pro ToolsAudio guy confirmed the “audio time units” edits doesn’t translate correctly to Pro Tools from CC2015.2. Haven’t tried latest versions.
Too bad.

November 18, 2016 at 3:32 pm in reply to: How to export AAF from Premiere for Pro Tools?AAF export from Premiere got so much better in CC2015 (I think). We had a lot of problems before that.
We’re now on CC2015.2 and mostly problem free. One trick we came across is getting rid of the video tracks in the timeline before exporting.
I know this doesn’t solve your problem but maybe you could try updating that project to CC (free 7 day trial).

I’d like to know this as well.
Thank you!

Thanks Vince
Sure, I can do that but that’s not really fixing the problem. I could also make sure to add an out point to my audio clip. The Audio guy is saying that the click is only a couple samples long and not really audible while mixing but ounce exported, that click is loud and clear.
It’s as if Premiere is trying to compensate the missing samples and filling them with noise. (Don’t know if that makes sense)
I guess I’ll file a bug report and hope this gets fixed soon…

November 24, 2015 at 3:39 pm in reply to: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 won’t play after pressing space bar or playWe had that happen on one of our iMac with Nvidia GeForce GPU. Installing the latest Nvidia Web driver seems to have fixed the issue for now.
Hope this helps.

I’m seeing the exact same problems. AAF from Premiere to Pro-Tools shifts certain clips with cross-dissolves.
We ended up sending sequence to Audition (right-click in project window). Then in Audition, exporting an OMF. There are still issues where the volume goes way up at the beginning of certain clips (mostly music but some dialogue) then follows the keyframes correctly.
I really wonder why this hasn’t been fixed even with third party applications (like the late automatic duck for fcp7). This is a major slow-down for our workflow.

June 17, 2015 at 1:54 pm in reply to: Time Remapping Deleted When Multicamera Clips Flattened?Hey Scott
I’m having the same issue but with masks. When I flatten a multicam clip with an opacity mask, the mask completely disappear. I can copy and paste it but it would really streamline the finishing process if the clips kept their properties.Olivier

They’re not unique, but specific shots are identified. I did this so I could create a search bin to have the specific shots show up as search results.
The problem is, I broke the main project in 20 (episodic show) and added metadata on the episode project.
Now doing a search in the main project doesn’t show any results.
I hope what I’m saying makes sense.
Thanks for your help.

Still trying to get this think working, I converted the XAVC 23,98 1080p files to Prores 422 HQ and the problem seems to have disappeared.
Peter, is this a known issue? I was really hoping to work natively with the Sony Xavc files. I was sure I had the hardware for it (3GHz 8-Core, 64GB ram, D700).
