No, you said: I noticed you can’t unlink Chroma and Luma in the Spatial threshold section. The chain icon is grayed out.

If you use Mode: Faster – then you can unlink Chroma and Luminance in the Spatial section !

Unfortunately the EditReady V1 of the software doesn’t work with the 10bit GH5 files. You will need to upgrade to the newest version. The new 2.0 version transcodes those pesky GH5 10bit files with ease so you can get to editing.

Why render with 30 fps with 50 fps footage and not 25 fps ?

In Sony Vegas pro – you kan render Sony XAVC / XAVC S UHD 3840×2160 / 4K – at 50 fps

Just updated to DaVinci Resolve 14 beta 6 – my projects with mp3 audio background music and if I start a new project with mp3 audio – the mp3 audio file will not play properly – there are a lot of strange sounds!

If I convert my mp3 audio music files to wav – then there are no problems!

If you mount the camera on a tripod (or similar stable platform) without cutting the IS,
you risk creating what’s called a feedback loop, in which the camera’s IS system essentially
detects its own vibrations and starts moving around, even when the rest of the camera is completely still.
This introduces motion objects to your camera system and brings with it blurriness. This is one of the key
reasons to turn off image stabilization.

Also if you read the manual for your Canon camera – set Dynamic IS it to OFF !
