Variable bit rate Two-pass

Max. (bps) 24.000
Average (bps) 12.000

I had the same problem until I tried to made a project using only the C drive, so I think Windows 10 Anniversary Update
causing the problem – was better when I had installed Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3194496

“Microsoft has received a small number of reports of Windows 10 freezing after installing the Anniversary Update
on systems with the operating system stored on a solid-state drive (SSD) and apps and data stored on a separate drive.
This issue does not occur when starting Windows 10 in Safe Mode. If you are experiencing this issue, we will be providing

First install you codecs on your computer and restart the computer.
If it is an .avi container – you will find the new codec in Video for Windows!
