Sorry for being unclear. I’m on dual-link 4:4:4 now. The other card won’t go with 3G.
Nevermind my previous post. I’m not making sense now. Too tired from an already too long day (even though it’s not even 5!)

Ok, somewhat good news. My friend Leo chimed in to say “loop through with one of the channels should work”. All though I’ve populated the scopes with pixels, I’m not completely sure it’s correct, since the input is only showing “half the image”.
But at least I can check the luma.

It has loop through. But I’m not sure ScopeBox support dual-link, nor do I have two SDI inputs on that Decklink.
The monitor support 3G, have yet to figure out how to make it show correct colors.

My point is: If I use the two SDI outputs on the Decklink to feed the monitor with Dual-link HD-SDI, I need some way to send the signal to the other Mac which makes the scopes.

Hmmm… So how should I do it then? Buy a billion dollar hardware box?
Gotta get this episode out of the system before I start dissecting the possibilities of the monitor I guess. -
Hmm.. I think I would need either a new Decklink or the UltraScope anyway. I can’t feed the old Decklink HD Extreme with 25p, but must use 25psF out from Resolve. Pity!

I think that’s what the ColorTrace feature is for! 🙂 Have you used it?
Check the manual, page 165, Using ColorTraceTM to Apply Grades From One Project to AnotherColorTraceTM is a key feature of DaVinci Resolve, which lets you copy grades quickly and easily from the clips of one session to those within another, based on the source timecode of each clip, or using clip names when in Automatic mode.
It’s a really great feature, and I’m sure it will work out for you.

Margus has set you on the right course, but forgot to say; right click in the timeline where the thumbnails are, then you can select batch copy.
This makes DaVinci treat every clip as individual clips.
