Well, there might be different ways to do this…
Try this : create 4 different textures and drag them all on to a sphere /
make sure that at the first texture-tag -

Select the Boole-Object and make it Editable,
select the -
Please try this:
Select your second keyframe and in the Attributes-Manager
either choose Interpolation -
Try this:
Project your Text-spline on to your ribbon, maybe extrude the text,
make your text a child of your ribbon-spline,
drag your ribbon-spline and text-spline into a null,
drag the wind-deformer into that null as well (first place),
the wind-deformer should now effect ribbon and text together.
(Maybe you like to use a Plane-object for your ribbon and deform that in the wind)Cheers

Select either Top-, Right- or Front-View, or one after the other /
go to Edit (in the Viewport) Configure… / in the Attributes-Manager
select the Back-Tab and import your image.Or place a few Plane-Objects in Perspective-View and put your images on those.
(maybe enable X-Ray for your object and reference-planes)Cheers
