    I’d rent a fotosonics high speed film camera. You’re probably not going to see much with a standard speed camera.

    They have multibattery fast chargers at most electronics stores- I got mine at Best Buy. The DVX100 uses the same battery design as most Panasonic consumer cameras so it should be very easy to find.

    No DVX100 can shoot slow motion. It is created by slowing the footage down in post. Only the VariCam and HVX200 are capable of creating slow motion in camera.

    To be honest I suspect there’s not many templates because the program is so easy to use. If you’ve ever worked with AFX you’ll know what I mean. If you spend the time going through the main tutorial included with the program you’ll learn just about everything you need to know to run Motion proficiently.

    Have you updated to the latest versions of Motion 1 and QT, etc? The first version out of the box was a bit crashy.
