That often means it’s time to send in for repair if the problem is not resolvable after replacing batteries, switching to VCR mode, etc. I would not recommend taking the cassette case apart- you would likely void your warranty if it did need further service.

Not sure but exporting to QT would be my suggestion. I’ve always found the round tripping to be a bit unpredictable.

Add a Compositing tag to the sphere and uncheck the ‘Seen by Camera’ option. It’s in the File>Cinema 4d Menu of the Object tab.

You mean make the cube editable and map to each side as its own polygon? I’m open to that but I’d prefer to retain the ability to adjust the filleting over the whole cube. Is there a way to do this after I’ve broken it down?

6- plus the cubes have a bunch of additional geometry- surface details that I’m modeling seperately. They’re actually pieces of gear I’m modeling for a corporate video. That’s why I’ve been camera mapping. But if there’s a better way I’m all ears. 🙂

You might do better to simply check them out at a camera shop- tripod fit is kinda personal for most shooters. If you’re in L.A. or NYC or similar large city you shouldn’t have any problem doing this.

Did you run software update- I believe Motion is at 2.01 or higher now.

No worries- not sure why time lapse was taken out on the 100b but it is indeed gone. An original 100 or A model would still do the trick. Also a good digital still camera can do timelapse wonders with the right gear.
