I’d say throw in an inexpensive FW drive as part of the service quote- treat it like media. Definitely do not want to give over your P2 cards to the client as they are too valuable for that.

Trash prefs and reinstall. Also make sure you have the latest updates.

Are you in the U.S. or someplace else? There is indeed a PAL version of the B. The main difference is frame rates- you get 25p and 50i vs. 24p, 30p and 60i that the NTSC version does.

You can easily demo on Motion and AFX to see what works best for you. Totally comes down to preference though again AFX is built as a compositor first and a motion graphics design system second, Motion is the other way around.

So if you have the 3 CPU net render license with 3 quad cores- you’re good with 12 procs right?

Not sure- what do you mean by clipping? Cropping?

What standard is Denmark on? If they’re on PAL they can play your disc as long as the region code is set for all regions or Europe. Manual gives great details on this.
