I see no Glow Filter. Im on stock FCP 5.1

Where are you providing most of your services? Where is 2 hours outside of d.c.?

I’m new to all this and reading a few books on how to set up a shop. My main strength is motion graphics and I figure I could provide that type of service off the gate instead of having to schedule video shoots and such.

i didn’t know if peopel charged more for motion graphics compared to straight editing.

i know that muich. but i dont know how to map a double key hit. i see not option for that. only using modifiers.

i read online taht the newest imacs have a screen problem. LIke a gradient of the color balance. Items on top of the screen are darker than on the bottom causing it to not be accurate for graphics work.

so you recommend buying it? I want a machine that is fast on PHotoshop and After Effects. I do alot of motion graphics work.

my budget wont allow a quad. what do you recommend? a dual 2.3, 2.5 or 2.7? for about 1,300 to 1,400?
