Or the flipside of the wiggle expression, smooth, as in:
smooth (1,10)
on the position property with the keyframes.
Larger number smooth more, smaller less, but I must admit it’s not allways intuitive as wiggle is, mucho experimention… but fun anyway.
As i recall the smoother is also a hit and miss proposition. -

Short answer – filmstrip (.flm) or image sequence in a folder (and run an action on a the folder PS)
If you can do it best or you’re more comfortable in Photoshop, then export the video into a form Photoshop can use.
In AE, with footage in the timeline, Ctrl M, brings up the Render Que.
Output Module > Custom (Brings up the Output Module Settings Box)
Format : Select – Filmstrip (my favorite, because it’s a single file and the effect goes on all frames in one shot)
or select one of the pic sequences (more people use Picture sequences for several good reasons (say a render crashes, you don’t have to start from the beginning, but I’m a bit overwhelmed by all those files generated and running a batch process on them, but that’s just me)Import those into Photoshop, filter away, then re-import into AE. Filmstrips re-imported into AE come in as frames
in the timeline. It’s easier than it sounds. The only draw back is that you can’t change the filter setting in PS (like keyframes in AE) unless you break the filmstrip of Image sequence into smaller bits.

Stroke on a 2 point mask, then Wave Warp with Wave Height pickwhipped to Audio Keyframes (expression adjusted with *5 to give it more height on my test), adjust Wave width to taste. It’s not perfect (multiple wave look at times) but may work.

Adobe Support has some nice basic tuts;
https://studio.adobe.com/us/search/sort?product=3
Click on the “Topic” drop down and check the “3D” box, then “Go”, then you’ll get a page of tutorials for AE 2D layers in 3D space, most very basic.
Of the tut’s here at the Cow, I think Anderew’s on Compositing in 3D Space is the most basic:
-
Hello… (to myself), Well just select your slider keyframe and hit F9 to make then Ease keyframes, methinks.

Short Answer, Slider and pickwhip.
Since your Frequency and Amplitude are equal (30,30), put a slider on your layer (Effect>Expression Control>Slider Control), then put on this expression:
wiggle(effect(“Slider Control”)(“Slider”),effect(“Slider Control”)(“Slider”))
You could have gotten there from your expression:
wiggle(30,30)
by hitting “e” to expose the slider, hitting “ee” to expose your original expression, wiggle (30,30), highlighting(select) one of the 30’s, then pickwhip to the slider, then doing the same for the other 30).
Setting a keyframe on the slider for 0, then 30 down the line will make the layer go from 0 to 30 wiggle-wise (not exactly ease, I’m still fiddling with that.)
