  • But would it be possible to do it without Optical Flares? I’ve played around with it but don’t have it, and although it’s not unreasonably priced I don’t really want to spend £100 on a whim!

Thanks for your help guys! I actually kept fiddling after posting this, and remembered that you can turn off “use clip settings” when capturing, so I used that to pull in all the clip data and then went through pressing ‘f’ and then ‘f10’.

  • I didn’t think G5s could run Leopard or Studio 2? I’m not even sure where we’d be able to but Leopard, it seems to be Snow Leopard or nothing…

    :o(

  • Okay, that’s cool, thanks! I like it when an answer is what I want to hear!

  • Huh, yes, that looks like the kind of thing. Even a way of marking the audio track so I have something accurate would help, but looks like the idea of having a totally generated video isn’t going to happen today…

  • Genius! Thank you :o)

  • You’re amazing! Thank you! I don’t entirely understand the expression, but I think I’ll be able to work backwards from it to get there. I think part of the problem was that I was using a 16:9 comp with Pal anamorphic dimensions, meaning that even when I could things linked they were offset quite a bit. But that aside, I was miles away from doing this. Hopefully I’ll be able to make something fun using this.

    Many thanks!
