    Brilliant Sir,

Happy New Year’s eve to you too. And a Great New Year as well.

Roll-it is brilliant, especially with speed simulation etc. From the C4d file from Brian, i gathered that all four tyres are programmed individually. With this in mind, by selecting each tyre using roll-it, i click “set” and roll motion is activated. Which is lovely.

I’m however yet to get round the rotation (wheel turning) while rolling. Any inhouse suggestions? Also, can c4d ‘instance’ work with roll-it, to avoid programming all four tyres?

I’ve also found out that by altering the wheel radius, realistic tyre rotations can be achieved for diff car types/sizes.

Sirs, This is wonderful. Still floating around this new world you’ve just ‘plugged me into’. Will revert with definite remarks in a few hours. Many many thanks Guys.

I’ve looked extensively but my C4D architecture version 10 doesn’t appear to have the hair module. Could it be tucked away somewhere i’m not looking?

Found it, thanks. It does however take its time to render. I guess that’s because of the quality coming. Many thanks

Thanks. I’ve decided to take your material displacement option. Having done the sub-polygon bit, where do i effect the ‘noise’, and FBM?

I did what you suggested: copy my stuff into a fresh file, and its worked perfectly. Thanks a million

There aren’t any ‘align to spline tags’ on the cameras. I’ve also noticed that after tweaking the fresh file severally, the cameras eventually stopped responding to the keyframing as well. By ‘tweaking’ i mean deleting some keyframe, adding new once, and trying auto-keyframing too at random.

Could in have done something that can corrupt even a fresh obedient file?

    By the way,

I’ve just got the camera keyframe to work on a fresh new file, just around a sphere. But how come it’s not working on my main file?
