Can’t all of this be avoided by using a Kona or (decklink)card. One could capture directly to a codec like DVCPro100 and get away from the HDV intra frame issues all together. What do you think?

This does not help, the images in both windows are both the correct size with no sliders.

How can I tell, I cannot see the boris prefs. when inside of FCP. Also, what codec should I be using. Or should I say, which ones do you use? Also, I do have a Kona LH card installed. Can I gain any speed using one of it’s codecs?

Will it install on it’s own after being unzipped, or is there a particular place I need to put it. I know it is tempting to poke fun here but I need to get Brois up and running for a coorporate job I am working on.

The Boris application that is currently running is Boris Calligraphy 2.0. Will this cause any difficuly with install?
